I had a poll on this and now its not here!!!??

Prussians were peaceful and highly developed nation. The part of Baltic family. Unfortunately Prussians became victims of crusaders. Their resistance was crushed quite easy. So Prussians were not a warrior nation. But their neighbours Lithuanians fought bravely with crusaders and after 200 years of bloody wars, defeated them.
So the question should be "Vikings or Lithuanians were better warriors?"
The answer is clear:p

I gotta say The vikings, democracy, exploration, warrior traditions, merchant system, viking are clearly way ahead.

I dont even consider prussia in the top 100 civilizations, while the vikings I would include in the top 20 or so...

I would Say Vikings for all that they have done and achieved and for renaming nearly every settlement in my county

Heres adding some flames to the debate, I would consider my country canada as having a larger influence on the world than prussia, in each countries time frame.

I'm talking about the 18th 19th and 20th century Prussians...you know the German ones.....the ones that fought off France, Austria and Russia all at the same time, and lived to tell the tale....those guys.

The Prussians were the most religously tolerant of their time...excluding possibly the Dutch. They were the first to really introduce standing armies. They had a love for the military and showed it well while fighting in Europe. They also united Germany and basicely ran it up until pre WWII. They were also a major European Power and a close ally of Great Britan. Also after uniting Germany...Prussia influenced the rest of the german states so it was more like Prussia expanding than all the German states coming together. And, during WWII the Prussians were the military class of germany, and opposed and even hated Hitler and his S.S., but fought for their country just because of their loyalty towards it....For instance, look at Erwin Rommel....
