Now we've all heard the evil tales about the big faceless corperations that people have worked for... Now let's dish out the dirt! What forms of corruption and the like have you witnessed?

When I was working at Athlete's World/Bata, my first assistant manager, Sandra, was fired for stealing from the till when she closed. She'd always under count the total and then pocket the remainder. She also helped herself to inventory.

After the first manager I had there was relocated to another store, the replacement manager, Mark, was cool, but, I remember being on duty with just him and looking up after one of the assholes whose shift ended earlier came back in with another man and handed Mark a package in exchange for money.

My manager doesn't keep it a secret and admits that this is weed...

I didn't say anything, but damn...

One of the managers at the hotel resort where I worked in Personnel And Development about five months ago was sacked recently after it turned out he'd pocketed quite a lot of hotel funds. The whole thing was kept very quiet though - I think he may have had something on the resort manager, so they let him go quietly. He moved to another hotel in the same area but has since left that one too.
