Is there a difference? Like, is either more likely to evolve into Shocking News? Are those produced by a particular source, or do they come from all over? How can one tell which ones will be revealed as Awful Truth?

What exactly constitutes "Partisan Slander" though?
Isn't the very allegation of "partisan slander" a conspiracy theory itself?

I know for one thing that this Al-Jazeera thing is not necessarily partisan slander, but something that people - and particularly Al-Jazeera - should know about.

The term gets itself thrown around a lot. Surely people know what they are saying?!?!

Like, the claims that AJ reporters were being deliberately targeted in Iraq, (those seem confirmed by now) -were they regarded as partisan slander or conspiracy theories?

In other words, is there a difference?

Btw, why do those who 'said so all along' enjoy the rubbing in so much? To assert their superior powers of deduction perhaps?

Gloating = Pride = Mortal Sin

bump (oops, 'scuse me)

...crossed my tiny mind, that 'told you so' feeling is not the same as gloating. Much more benevolent. Maybe because it is such a rewarding feeling, especially when experienced repeatedly....:D
