The arbitrator that was assigned to hear T.O.'s grievence about being suspended for 4 games and then deactivated has rendered his decision.

He has UPHELD the decision by the team and states that the Eagles do have the right to place him on the inactive list.

The question is: What's next for Owens?

If I never hear about T.O. again, it's going to be too soon. I hope Oakland gets him and not Atlanta.
