I'm currently the only one left in my region, and it's kind of boring. I didn't create it and it's password protected, so I'm looking for a new home. The only thing I'm set on is a non-UN region, gotta keep the rogue state thing going.

wrong forum, but yeah it's unlikely you'll get many non-n00bs begging you to join their region. Just pick someone that you like and join their region. That's what I did about 2 years ago.
