Whats this? What the hell is this? Who the fuck is telling the U.S. that we're going into the Middle East for oil? ;)

Seriously though, what is this movie? Thoughts? Hmm?

Oh. Some background info for us who have no idea what film you are talking about would be nice, especially as we are just crossing into European daytime.

So, no info for those of us where this film hasn't been publicised yet?

Do you feel like you've made a difference in the world yet? Or are you going to go on and keep on doing whatever it is your trying to do?

You assume I seek to.

Or are you going to go on and keep on doing whatever it is your trying to do?

Well, I am getting close to giving up on trying to make heads or tails of this thread, and trying to coax you into doing what you should have done in the first post, yes.

I think this movie is just a bunch of Liberal Hollywood Crapaganda. It even has Mr. Liberal himself, George Clooney.

wow, this post has got to be the worst formed one yet. I mean, you don't say anything about what the thread is about, or why you started the thread. Just a fairly blank statement, and one that is rather annoying. More like spam then anything else.

Your post would've been more appreciated if you actually contributed rather than complain. In the future, contribute rather than complain.

I'm glad to see Dr Julian Bashir of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine finally found some employment. I was wondering what had happened to him post-9/11 (being that he's half Sudanese).

You know, if the Russians had made a movie saying the very same thing about the KGB, they would've been hailed as heroes.

At any rate - why not, there's not enough political cinema in Hollywood anyways. Too much empty action shit and romantic "comedies".

Could you tell him to actually attempt to put together a legible sentence?

Most people want to go see a movie to escape from their monotonous(sp?) lives. I imagine that a very small group of theater patrons want to see a movie for witty socio-political commentary...

But with that being said I'll probably go see it since it looks pretty good.

And that's why democracy is going down the drain. If no one cares about politics anymore, then why give them the vote in the first place?

In the first half of the 20th century everyone at school would know all about politics, they'd talk about it and they'd even get involved (at least in Germany, I assume it was the same in the States).
Now a kid that mentions politics either does it for cheap laughs or is sent straight to the corner and will never get a girlfriend (;)).
