Communist: Why should I move to your country?

Tell me why I would want to move to your vision of what communism is. I've heard all the pro and con arguments, so just tell me how I would be better off in your country than in a more capitalistic one.

He is what I have to offer. I'm a specialist with industrial automation. I work on, and design mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, and electrical systems for manufaturing and material handling systems. I also have experiance with R717 and R22 for industrial cooling. I work about 60 hours a week and am in line for a promotion to management. I am currently resonsible for more than 50 million dollars worth of equipment. I earn more than the average worker both at my company and more than the national average income. I have military experiance, and have lead troops in combat.

I have a small side business too. It's a auto/motorcyle/small engine repair shop. I work on mostly peoples cars/bikes/lawn mowers who don't need it done right now and are willing to have it take a little longer to save some money. Also do custom welding, like making trailers or welding in roll cages in race cars. I don't make a whole lot of extra money at it, but its enough to fund my hobbies.

So tell me, what does your country have to offer?

Assumptions about your country:
1. It is established and stable.
2. You are not hostile to the nation that I live in.
3. That you are not a police/Soviet state.
