Actually, I think it originated in Sweden or some crazy European place where references to anal sex are as plentiful as references to popular celebrities are in the U.S.

Two senators took time out from their schedule of debating Iraq policy, Katrina recovery, the high price of energy, budget reduction, etc. to rename two buildings after themselves.

Then after that, the article kinda dissolves into half-rational ranting and finger pointing.
