In chat, I mentioned the dance from the late '80s called cabbage patching. No one else could remember what it was, though. Now, I'd do this myself, but I'm at work and don't have a webcam or digital video camera on hand. If one of you out there does remember cabbage patching and has a webcam or digital video cam...

Look up the video of Push It (I think that was the video they were doing it in.. could be another one of theirs LOL been a long time man)if its available online, Salt n Pepa are doing it early in the video. I read this description on the web : Cabbage Patch
Hold your fists closed, bend your elbows, push out and rotate your arms in a circle from your chest out and around!!! >>> WRONG, You do hold your fist closed and bend your elbows but the rest of the description was a different dance. The Cabbage Patch was more along the lines of alternating your shoulders up and down.. right shoulder up towards your neck while left shoulder down and vise versa with the beat then a quick switch and swivel turning your body to the oppostite angle and repeating. Hard for me to explain.
