Please tell us (and vote...) what is your favorite brand of athletic shoes. I can't list them all so I suspect we'll have quite a few "Other" votes.

perhaps a poll option should have been "none"
of course, that could go under "Other"
thank goodness for "Other"!

New Balance. They're made in the USA and don't use Southeast Asian or Chinese virtal slave labor.

NB, eh? I had a pair of those, but they felt like concrete. I guess they were seconds.

I didn't see an option for "Anything under $19.99" so I just checked "other". :D
The ones I'm wearing are Adidas, but I have Hummel indoor shoes. My main criteria is that I like what the shoe looks like (preferably it being black if I'm going to wear it in public) and that the brand doesn't stick out too much.

Anyways, Addidas and Puma are pretty good.
I prefer to go bare foot, but when the powers that be make me wear shoes i wear adidas TR9s.

I never wear sneakers any more.
I wear my dress shoes so much because of work, that they now fit perfectly. Whenever I put on sneakers, I wish I was wearing my work shoes instead. I don't like change.

The running shoe classic? I use to wear them things out hehe They weren't an actually good running shoe.. but I liked how they looked back then, plain. Now I wouldn't buy a pair. But I've had my NB and Adidas for a looong time now. They are good :)

I really couln't care less what the brand is. If it's comfortable, works well & I like how it looks, then I'll choose it.

I've worn my New Balance shoes for two + years now and they've only begun to fall apart. They're awesome. I even took them to America's Boy Scout National Jamboree. 120 degree tested on 10 mile hike. Damn, they're comfortable.
New Balance OWNS!!!
