I guess All I can say checking all rules and things is, check it out through regions, I need help in a few areas and I need willing nations.
A for gameplay all I can ay as a nation I love the UN here. And I'm overwraught with following rules...

Thanks all basically I need help with my region I need help with creating a web site and figuring out how to deligate someone as reional UN person. Perhaps this is not the thread to do it in. Again if there is any direction in doing that let me know.

By the way how do you get the crazy names underneath your name... like I think the person about you has muppet girl under her name? Does that depend on how many messages you post?

well the best place to post this would be the technical forum (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=1224)i guess or gameplay (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=1234)(especially the latter for region creation or other regional issues)
help creating websites: you'd probably do best asking for advice here in General, but you gotta remember to have a vaguely specific question

yeah you get em with your postcount - there's a list somewhere i'm sure.
i think you get your first one when you get above 100 posts but i'm not 100% on that
