This belongs in Moderation, but if I remember the rules correctly, the best way to delete a nation is to change your password to a string of random text so that you can't log into your nation and then wait 28 days (or 60 days if your nation's in Vacation Mode). It will then be deleted.

And take out the email address so you can't request it.
OR, you could just not log into it?
