My dream pizza would have pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, green bell peppers, red peppers and bacon, chicken, pork, olives, ham, sasuage, ground beef, spices, garlic, basil, and cheese. (obviously).

I don't have any favorites, per se. It all depends on my mood. Sometimes I likes my pizza with pineapple added to the regular ground beef, cheese, pepperoni. Sometimes I feel like having feta sprinkled on top, with grilled chicken and spicy Italian-style sausage...
Now I'm hungry :(

Sausage and onions or just pepperoni. I'd rather have a nice stromboli though.
Depends on the day. I've had tons of things on pizza, and like them all, except pineapple, wich is vile stuff anyways.

Sausage, mushrooms, black olives, and if I'm feeling feisty, some green and/or red peppers.
Some strange ones I've had....
Spinach, lettuce (uncooked, added after. Hurray for godfathers taco pizza), zuchini, shrimp, salmon, hot dog(bleh), artichoke, roast beef, habenaro, corn. There are probably more.
I would not recommend telling any such jokes.:)
Smokey's still here? Did we ever figure out who smokey is?
Peparoni and extra sause.

Pepperoni or just plain cheese with the exception that I refuse to eat any pizza unless it has white sauce/ranch instead of marinara sauce.
My favorite pizza has pepperoni, ham, bacon, sausage, salami, and beef.

New York style (thin crust): Sausage (extra cheese doesn't hurt but because of the thin crust, isn't always necessary
Sicilian-style deep dish: meats (sausage, pepperoni, canadian bacon/ham, beef) and extra cheese
Chicago-style deep dish: sausage and pepperoni (cheese of course)

Surprisingly bad when cooked in an oven IMHO. I really think it's best fresh and served at body temp.

In South NJ yes. It's basically Philadelphia pizza, which isn't worth shit. In North NJ and NYC pizza making has been raised to an art form.

Southern California isn't known for good pizzas...but at least we eat better stuff than uncooked junk...

Dude, no place I've been to can compare with North NJ and NYC for Pizza Napoletana. That's the thin crust stuff. Italy, IMHO, doesn't even compare.

There's good pizza to be had more often than not in Montreal, QC. Less so in Toronto, ON.
Oddly enough, both cities have large, established Italian communities.
Go figure.

Ooh, this reminds me of a debate I had a while back. When you get a pizza, are you happier if a) it has more cheese or b) it has more tomato? Personally I like more tomato stuff, but then I also prefer tomato garlic bread to cheese garlic bread.
Thoughts?

I don't think shitty Californian "pizza" would make it in New York.
Amaranth, custard apple, flaked starfruit, lychee paste, perilla (fresh), quail concentrate (cubed), and sea urchin.

Proscuitto and pear pizza with gorgonzola cheese and arugula with balsamic vinigrette.
Artichoke heart and gorgonzola pizza.
in totnes (devon, england)i can by a bannana and mozeralla pizza...its horrendously nice.

I know you're in Aus, but that doesn't matter, damnit. Chicago deep dish MUST BE TASTED.

This is your average Chicago deep dish pizza, though this is the cheese-on-top variant. The cheese and toppings are usually in the middle, while the sauce is spread thick on the top.
As for jalapenos... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jalapeno
