Since so many people here have opinions on "idiots", and are fearful that "idiots" are going to take over the world, I submit the following photo and ask if you think that human reproduction should be licensed.

After all, we have more stringent regulations for purchasing firearms, driving a car, or even getting a loan in most countries...
