This is your fifth thread on this topic in a very short amount of time. Please stop spamming...and lying...and making stuff up...and being a git. If you can only manage one of those, we'll take it...preferably the first.
I really don't think there is a set age at which point people should be allowed to have sex. Maybe just pass a psych profile and written test. To see if they're mature enough; and if reproducing is intended whether that'd be an asset to the genepool :P
