I do not want replies to this question that show ignorance to punk as a ideology. I would like to get an answer about this question I have.
I was wondering: As a punk, what is the view on euthanasia? I have researched it on the internet quite extensively, and not one site can give me an answer. Can you?
Thanks in advance.

Given that punk seems to encourage free choice, I would think that euthanasia would be acceptable.
But I don't know that there even is a punk ideology, after all, Nazi punks exist.

Thanks in advance.I don't know about the Punks...but i suggest that ...when you use the search engines...avoid the side Church of Euthanasia.

Nazi-Punk I thought was mainly within punk as music. It is about white power, and anti-jew/black/homosexual etc as well.
The free choice argument is a good one. I suppose it would therefore be acceptable (if that is the word, im having trouble finding words tonight).
EDIT: Nazi-Punk in music is a branch of Punk music. Its not a main genre. It doesn't have a huge fanbase I don't believe either.
"Punk idealogy"? Fuck off. There's no such thing.

For the simple reason that Punk is about not caring.

Punk Ideology? Does such a movement exist outside the world of crappy music? If they have a movement, who is next, the emo freaks? I mean, I could see a movement back in the day when the music was good, but now? What about the stigma of having to say punk as your personal ideology, rather than anarchist or libertarian. Crazy kids...
Oh, and I suppose Euthanasia would be ok, maybe? Hell if I know. This punk movement is new to me.

There isn't a "punk ideology". If Punk is about non-conformism, then obviously there won't be an ideology followed by the movement. It's all about your own choice, so asking what "punk ideology" thinks is contradictory.

punk isn't really a political school of thought, more a style of music and the attitudes that usully go along with it.
Hell, there's even conservativepunk.com (not sure if it's still active)
But for the most part, and how my thinking goes, your life is yours and no one elses, thus you have the choice to end you own life.

Actually, punk is very much a school of thought - which encompasses politics among other things - revolving around uniqueness. Freedoms, rights, and personal choice are important keys to punk.
As has been stated before, a life belongs to the person who wastes it. Euthanasia is fine with me.
Aside, if punk is such crappy music, why are there punks in the Hall of Fame?

That's grunge, not punk. :p

There may be Punk Rock bands in the hall of fame, but they're the two most over-blown and bloated ones ever (the Ramones and The Clash). Now, they're good, but there are so many other Punk bands that are much more deserving.

Seconded, punk is taste in music, and possibly clothes, like emos.not an ideaology

Punk ideology? Where?
The uniform thing you're referring to doesn't exist. That said, I think most of the punkers I know support it. I certainly do.
