Geez, how blatant a rip off of Jumanji can you get? The same plot, only the setting changes from the jungle to deep space.

Jumanji and Zathura are both based off storybooks by Chris van Allsburg, who also happened to write The Polar Express. Maybe it's just that his books appeal to kids enough?
And I would avoid the freaky company that made games like those :D

Jumanji sounds Japanese. In fact, it could be written in kanji like 呪漫時 or something. Zathura sounds like Zarathustra to me.
An exact copy sequel of Jumanji is ten times better than most of the crap they are making.
