Through tough intelligence work I have discovered that OceanDrive 2 is Hugo Chavez. Clearly it made sense to me after repeated flames by OD accusing me of "attacking comrade Chavez". Through logical thought process and alot of anlytical deductions, and some beer. I have concluded that OceanDrive 2 can be no other than Hugo Chavez himself. Proof is in the puddin my friends...
