When was the last time a debate ending with a strangling in England? or France or the so called 'violent' US? It's pitiful. Well, the two Aussies I've met were these: one was travelling the world making his living by playing a guitar, while the other complimented Finnish gasoline (Futura, of Neste Oil) in setting yourself on fire, that is, he was a stuntman. So, from this unbiased sample, yes.
