Minister of Religion: Given all religion matters: Taken by me
Minister of Music: Makes laws about music: Taken by Mitsugiri
Minister of Espionage: Given all spy/assassination info: Taken by Nacaru
Minister of Trade: 15% of all trade profits: Taken by Septioopia
Minister of Space: 75% of all space age weapons: Taken by DIMMs

There maybe a few more taken but, I don't know them. Here are more that can be taken, but you can make up some.
