HAHA! I was just listening to the radio and the news I've been waiting to hear for months now came blaring through the speakers. The Solictor-General of Queensland officially ruled the Premier COULD NOT endorse the new anti-terror laws as they are a violation of the Australian Constitution.
With two Premiers no longer supporting the laws the federal government lacks the Consitutional power to consider them in Parliament.
Finally people have been listening to what the High Court has been screaming for months. These laws are illegal and to quote the Director of the Australian Federal Police "An insult to democracy".
