I'd go for Edmund Stoiber (soon to be former Minister President of Bavaria). The others on the list I either agree with to some extent, don't know, or find more than just annoying.

The 10% thing is a reality in Germany (but only for the Protestant and Catholic churches). It's called "tithing".

The bolded in itself isn't that wrong, as scripture itself would have us pay a tenth of our earnings to the Church (the universal, not the building, however). The rest is pretty much crap.
