I'm trying to build a website... Some person gave me a program... But I'm kind of lost... I really don
t know how to make a frame..... Like the frame thats on the Nation Control's on NS... I'll give you guys what on my site so far

I used this tutorial to get started: http://archive.ncsa.uiuc.edu/General/Internet/WWW/index.html. I'm sure there are better ones out there, though, but this covers some of the basics.

Here's an awesome website where I learned HTML (but forgot it later on ;) ). It includes examples and actually allows you to put something that you learned into play by having boxes at the end to test out formulas. It's awesome. Check it out. It allow you to build websites and all that other junk with tutorials on how to make great websites. Try it out:
