I always wonder what(if any) effects certain drugs used to treat various illnesses and conditions would have on people that don't have those conditions. SOme of them, of course, are dangerous. Insulin can be lethal to a non-diabetic.
On the other hand, have you ever imagined slipping someone who you think deserves it(friend or foe) a viagra? Oh, the fun! :D
One of the drugs I have wondered about the most is lithium. Don't you? I wonder what lithium does for non-schizophrenics. I suspect it makes them self-absorbed. :p

Lithium is one of those I would avoid for your experiments. It has a very narrow therepeutic range and doesn't take much to get it to toxic levels.
Obtaining it is the first step :D

Get ya hands on the MIMS Health Library books or CD. It's got info like this
Treatment. There is no specific antidote to lithium poisoning. Lithium intake should be stopped and the serum level monitored every six hours. Osmotic diuresis should be promoted (urea or mannitol infusion) or alkalinisation of urine effected (sodium lactate or bicarbonate infusion).
Diuretics must not be given. If the serum lithium is over 4 mmol/L, if the patient's condition deteriorates, or if the serum lithium does not fall at a rate corresponding to a half-life of 30 hours, peritoneal dialysis or haemodialysis should be instituted and continued until there is no lithium in the dialysis fluid. Serum levels should be monitored for a further week as rebound may occur with delayed relapse.

I took lithium before (without needing it) It turned me into a freakin vegetable for 8 hours. VERY VERY bad experience.

One of the most famous examples of differing drug effects between normal person and the recipient of the drug is for treating ADHD with Amphetamines. You give it to an ADHD sufferer and (sometimes) they calm down and become responsive, alert and focussed. You give it to a normal person and they act like they have ADHD :p
A viagra in the beer is great fun for all. Except the person you slip it to.
May I suggest a chocolate and laxative cake? or perhaps a nice diuretic coolata? Mix both and you have a world of fun.

The only thing I've done is cracked open a few antihistamine capsules and poured them in someone's tea. It's funny watching freshmen get hyper because they think they're drinking crack,lol

What was funnier was when we crushed a bunch of caffeine pills into a really fine powder, mixed it with the antihistamines, and had people snorting it.
I suggest leaving pharmaceuticals out of your pranks. What starts off as harmless fun could easily turn into a life-threatening disaster.

That's not the worst thing we've had people snort. In middle school, I crushed half a box of Altoids, and a guy snorted it in exchange for a candy bar.

haha...what about viagra and dieuretics? Since you can't urinate (well, you can, but it is a bit difficult) while Viagra is...um..."effecting" you, which can be up to 4 hours...

I've used a good many pharaceuticals without needing them.. I don't anymore, since my employer does random drug tests (not really random, but the pills stay in your system for a long time, so..).
Anyhow, off the top of my head, some decent ones were.. chloral hydrate, xanax, valium, flexeril and/or robaxin, Tylenol-3, vicodin.. and some others that weren't fantastic.. in general, benzos and opioids are pretty nice, as are muscle relaxants in large doses (accompanied by other things). I won't touch amphetamines, though.

I'm not entirely sure of the full effect of it when inhaled, but when ingested, it had me climbing the walls like a cat on crack. It was really kind of funny. That was the night my roommate and I discovered that we could make it from the door, all the way around the room, without stepping on the floor. From then on, I'd walk around the room like that when I got bored, and she'd find me perched on top of the stereo or my bookcase when she got back.
