If you havn't already heard, Jack Thompson, the law-suit wielding, anti-game lunatic (honestly, he makes lunatics look bad), made a call to all game developers - make a game based on his specifications, and he donates $10,000 to charity.

Well guess what? Some modders made the game and Thompson renigged, big surprise.

And besides the probably hundreds, if not more, articles that will be released this week tearing Thompson to shreds, the boys at Penny-Arcade made a donation in Thompson's name; which knowing Thompson, I assume he will try to sue them for.

His response to my well written critique went along the lines of,"Bla bla bla, I've recieved positive responses about bla bla bla. I suggest you seek professional help for your apparent mental deficit."

I don't remember the first part (it was some bullshit), but the second part sticks in my head. It is the foundation of my hate for Jack.

PS. I was close to correct, Thompson emailed Penny Arcade the compulsory threat which I assume was in response to them making a donation in his name.

I give it 24 hours, at most, before Jack Thompson attempts to file a lawsuit against Penny-Arcade for God knows what, I assume making him look like Jack Thompson, which should be an insult to anyone. He has already attempted to have them arrested for what I can only deduce is support of the game industry.
