The middle class are quite a stressed bunch, ya know? Generally, that makes the meat kinda chewy. No offence to any middle class people present here but I wouldn't fancy eating you.

Has anyone stopped to consider that there are poor because people keep feeding them? The reason that there are signs in parks that say "do not feed the bears" is because the bears lose all desire to fend for themselves and become dependent on handouts. The same kind of thinking could be applied to urban jungles as well.

I'm not saying that people should not help the poor. In fact, I would encourage people to help the poor. What help is though is assisting the efforts of others to make them more fruitful. If one is resigned to making no effort, then one cannot help them.

What about those that can't eat themselves? There needs to be some sort of safety-net for them.

Well, as we saw it, the three biggest problems of the day were: Hunger, Lack of World Peace, and Unequal Treatment. It was our goal to tackle each problem in alphabetical order, and so we first settled on the issue of hunger.
It can be easily determined that the cause of hunger is an insufficient amount of food. How to end this situation was, regretfully, not so much forthcoming. It was quickly decided among us that spending our money to buy farms for the poor would be a waste, because then we wouldn't be able to travel the world in search of answers. So, after a very long search for answers (a process that involved consulting a number of expensive local consultants in various seedy motels) in Tahiti, we came to a conclusion that was startling only in the length of time that it had taken to realize: Instistutionalize Cannabalism.
After all, from a Cannibals perspective, the world is filled with food. A veritable larder of freely available sandwiches becomes visible with every door that one opens*.
The word of our development spread like AIDS through a bath house and within months no one was hungry. Regretfully, so many people perverted our wisdom, and turned it into a tool of power, for it was not our intention to kill people, merely to eat them.
Yet violence overtook the world, and so our goal of World Peace seemed farther away then ever.
*Assuming that every door has people, bread, and mustard on the other side. Which is a very fair assumption to make.

Yeah, so the above is an exceprt from "A Utopia Gone Malignant", which I wrote while under the influences of a fever a couple years ago. I believe that it reflects my sentiments masterfully, and by that I mean I have no idea what in the Hell I was thinking when I wrote it.

Secondly, any people physically incapable of eating themselves can receive assistance from people willing to carve them up.

Anyone opposing eating themselves on ethical grounds is guaranteed a substitute in the form of their own fecal matter; literally, they can "eat shit". :p
