depends, what do you mean by tolerance, who all gets equality, and what do you hope to do to bring about peace?

Does Tolerance = political correctness should we tolerate everything?
Does Equality = affirmative action. reparations, etc.
Does Peace = Pacisfism

I don't think the tolerance part is a good idea. First it is too tied with political correctness and the idea that no one is allowed to have opinions that may offened others. I believe in respecting and loving people regardless if we agree with them. But it does not mean that we aren't allowed opinions. We can be tolerant, but still think someone else is wrong. For example. On the whole homosexuality issue. There are people who believe that sex with the same sex is wrong, while others think it is okay. I think it's important to tolerate both opinions. Someone can think homosexuality is wrong and still be tolerant of those who don't. *Note that I only refer to homosexuality here because this is the issue where I see people having the most difficulty being tolerant, and it seems to be the issue people refer to most often when they talk about tolerance.
But tolerance is not always the answer. We should not tolerate hatred. If the people who think practicing homosexuality is wrong start to act out in hatred towards homosexuals then we should not tolerate this behavior. If people who think practicing homosexuality is okay start acting out in hate against those who think its wrong we should not tolerate that behavior either. There are numerous other things we should not tolerate. We should not tolerate crime. We should not tolerate mistreatment of the weak and the poor. etc. etc.

Equality. I think equality is very important and don't have any problems with that. We should fight to better underprivaledged minorities. We should fight racism (in fact we should be intolerant of racism). But there is a lot of dissagreement on how to do this. Some say affirmitive action, for example, helps better underprivledged minorities and therefore helps further equality. Others say that it is wrong to favor someone based on skin color and is in itself inequality. I'm personally fairly neutral on the topic but lean against affirmitive action. My question is, will your organization fight for equality in general (which I will support), or will it take sides in such issues (which I would be against)?

In almost all cases I support peace, and I think we should always try a peaceful solution before going to war. If this is what you mean then I suport it. Do you mean pacisfism then I have to disagree. I think when we see horible things, such as genocides occuring, then we should send troops to stop the governments causing them.

Tolerance is something that should not be tolerated. It is the moral equivalent of walking off the playing field when one feels that they cannot achieve victory. Respect is what should be sought, not tolerance.

Equality? In what sense? Equal opportunity I can agree with, but equal reward, no.

Peace should be a goal, not a resting place.
