How do you delete all history files—including:
Cookies
Caché
Defragging the Hard Drive, if possible
and any others

for a Mac OSX on Safari?

You can go to the Safari->Reset Safari and Safari->Empty Cache menus and pretty much do all that. I think OSX defrags the drive when it starts. Most linux/unix systems do that on all the mounted volumes.
