How long have you gone without sleep?
My personal record is around 36 hours. Pretty pisspoor, eh?

Just recently, I went a weekend. One beer-fuelled weekend. Then I slept for 22hrs.
My personal total has been only about 30 hours, fueled primarily by NS. However, that's to be expected, considering how few years I've been alive so far, anyway.

54 hours, during which time I drove all the way round London, played a PS2 game I got for my birthday from start to finish with hysterical and increasingly drunken assistance from my best friends, came out and got guilt-tripped into my first relationship with a guy, which fucked me up good. So wahey for lack of sleep; it fucks you over good.

Three days and 17 hours.
That was the easiest £100 I ever made. Dumb bets rule.
Although I slept for 43 out of the next 48 hours. It really wouldn't have been worth the effort were it not for the money.
48 hours, during which time I finished a job looking after gifted and talented kids, packed my apartment up, went to California, did a pre-departure orientation, did final packing, and left for Japan.
I did get a nap on the plane though.
The effect was that not only was I jet lagged, I was seriously disorientated when I got to Tokyo, managed to get lost in Shinjuku (I admit that's not hard though), and fell asleep in the hotel bathtub for an hour or so.

I once went about 40 hours, which isn't too spectacular. I realized, an hour or so before bed, that the next morning I had a Chemistry test (heh, high school was fun) and an English project due. Blitzed through the English paper and learned two chapters (on molarity or some such crap) overnight. Then I got home and didn't go to sleep until I regularly would have (I was in the middle of a Civ3 game). Fortunately the next day was a Saturday, so I just snoozed through that.
56. It was pretty weird. At one point I was at a halloween party having not slept for two nights in a row and everything kept circling.
Couple of days, but it's always been while travelling. So I don't think that counts as "Sleepless in Belfast"

I've gone two full days and nights without sleep. Then a few nights of broken sleep. And still performed up to expectations. That was in my early 20s though. Now I usually sleep 5 hours maximum per night.

20hrs
I had a pwnage sleepover... lol.
I can miss a night of sleep at any time without any effect to my routine. I usually do this once or twice a week. Even when I do sleep its usually only 4-5 hours.
Like...around 36-40 hours. I didn't keep track.
I don't know how I managed two days of swimming practice and a math test those two days.
I don't really often try to stay awake all night. I rather like to sleep.

During the Post-Tet Offensive in Vietnam, we were running reaction force for a 20 kilometer stretch of highway near Ahn Khe. We would no sooner finish handling one contact than we would get a radio call to react to another. I got about 4 hours sleep during a six-day period, and about the same number of meals. Only time in my life I actually started to hallucinate.

You guys are pathetic.
The longest I've gone without sleep is 4 days, 20 hours... roughly. I was kind of hazy at the end.
That was when Final Fantasy 3 came out. I was so psyched.

72 hours...and I so regretted it.

I have gone 48 hrs. I heard somewhere that if you go more than 72 hours without sleep you are legally insane. Until you get sleep that is.
About 49 hours and 5 minutes. I slept for about 20 hours after that. The worst two days of my life, I must admit.

About 48 hours. It was a New Year's Eve party that just kept going.
'Bout 48 hrs. At the computer the entire time, a split between Ogame, NS and FM. I looked for good, new and young players, took forever. Fun though:D

I used to have a speed habit, so I think I've got everybody beat except possibly Eutrusca. Truth be told, I can't really remember the exact count of days; they sort of run together towards the end. I think I made it above five though.

When John Lydon and friends (PIL in its early days) had speed problems, they stayed away for (from what they say) over a week at a time.
