If I did that, I would get all farty and bloated.
What sort of pizza was it? But, anyway, no, it's not healthy. People need a varied and balanced diet, and pizza all the time is not that.

Pizza in and of itself is a varied diet.
It's not healthy. Eat something else, like fried human tongue or iguana intestines stuffed with blood pie... mmmmmm. :D

depends on how many of the food groups are on your pizza. I fear you may be missing the food group chocolate however.

Well, if you've got some meat on that pizza you've got all four food groups. Unfortunately, you've also got a shitload of fat, not enough vegetables to provide you with fiber and all the necessary vitamins, and if you keep it up pizza will get boring. You'll never be able to enjoy it again. So all in all I guess it's unhealthy.

It actually depends on the variety of pizza. Because of the selection of different styles and toppings, and even what kinds of crust to use, it's completely possible to have a somewhat balanced diet from pizza.
Of course, you still need sugars and fruit, both of which would be hard to get in pizza most of the time. I still suggest you maybe start eating and drinking something else, 'cause with what kinds of pizza are available mainstream it's definitely NOT healthy to use that kind of a diet, but y'know.....your call.

And there's always the, um, issues (or lack thereof) that eating too much cheese brings.

That's ok. A nice Chianti is actually a better drink with pizza than beer is.

Bread. Wheat and grain.
Cheese - Dairy
Onions/mushrooms/olives - Veggies
Pepperoini, Ham, - Meat
all of the four food groups are there... as long as you excercise and don't keep the diet up too long, should be ok.

Simonist']I've heard it goes excellent with liver and fava beans.....
Very little goes well with fava beans, even fried testicles which can normally go with anything. Fries are actually amazingly versatile though, provided that the sauce is properly prepared.
However, on the topic of Pizza, I would reccomend that you introduce a little variance. Your local grocer can provide you with wonderfully varied sustenance, provided that he has been eating properly. Though I would recommend that you skip the fingers, yes, they are almost like chicken wings, but the taste is hardly sufficient to warrant the effort required to seperate the meat from the bone.
Alternately, just have a salad and a fruit salad, but I wouldn't worry about the nutritional lapse of a couple days.

When I was working as a dishwasher, I ate nothing but the stale bread that I baked in the morning, that was left over at the end of the day.. I ate that and almost nothing else for 18 months, and I'm fine, although I did get kinda chubby. :( Not too bad though.

at least a month. that guy who ate mcdonalds 3 times a day for a month was pretty sick at the end but he survived it. pizza isnt any worse than mcdonalds.
youll get sick of eating pizza long before youll see any bad effects from it.

Not really. The carbohydrates in pizza, primarily in the crust, will eventually cause your glucose level to rise and could lead to diabetes, particularly if there's a history of it in your family. I limit myself to one pizza a month, and the rest of the time eat foods high in protien and low in fats ( saturated, unsaturated and trans ), sugar, salt and carbohydrates.
An excellent diet, if you have the strength to follow it, is The South Beach Diet, which is designed around what I outlined above.

Your brain benefits from carbohydrate respiration. Glucose is the most suitable energy source for your brain (fast and high ATP release per mol.). You also need some fats, saturated and unsaturated, to help in formation of cholesterol. High protein diets often have the disadvantage of high deammination levels in the liver, which could lead to a greater chance of toxic buildup of ammonia if it cannot be converted and excreted fast enough.
Of course, all of those could be complete BS, I'm just suggesting that you need a balanced diet and not a skewed one - all 'extreme' diets such as low fat, low carb diets mean you probably aren't getting the required intake.
Your body is probably craving pizza cause it has something you really need a lot of right now---if you were losing weight, your body may be trying to get fat again, though.
Be careful!:D

all of which pizza is deficient in. white flour for the crust, high fat cheese, processed meats also very high in fat and various chemicals, a bit of tomato sauce and less than a handful of vegetables.
you should eat high quality lightly or unprocessed food. make it yourself so you know what goes into it. dont eat crap and empty calories. youll do fine.

I wasn't arguing for the pizza diet. I was arguing against fad diets or unbalanced, 'lose weight fast!' diets.
