I don't know if you have all heard this, but FOX is at it again. They are making a new channel, one completly devoted to Television programming of the lowest common factor.
No, its not another FOX News, it's even worse...
FOX Reality is a new network totally devoted to reality series.
At first, I was filled with terrible thoughts of reality TV 24/7, 365. I thought it would be a terrible thing.
Then, I got to thinking more clearly about this. Perhaps most of the new reality shows will be shown on this new network, and removed from the common air waves. Think of it as an exile for reality shows.

Do people really watch reality television? I only watch one reality program. The ultimate fighter. Why? Because it's a way to see up and coming new fighters before they get signed to a UFC contract and because most episodes end in an actual fight. I've never watched any other reality program, and I can't see why anyone would want to.

The USA has been accused of not being the best "team player" in the international community, but if you do this - and you allow all other nations to exile their dire reality TV to the new Fox channel - I'm sure all will be forgiven and everyone will once again live together in peace and harmony.

We shall never know what logic lies in the mind of a reality TV watcher.
Someone is always going to come up with a new reality show no matter what happens unfourtunately :( Now there is just going to be a channel that has nothing but mind numbing hiddeousness continuously. Some other cable channel has already been running reruns of the first Survivor season so it seems there will never be an escape.

There was one "Reality" show that I really liked back in the day.
It was called "Lost". (nothing to do with the series)
They stuck 3 teams of 2 people someplace in the world, with a little backpack, and a cameraman. They had to find their way back to New York.
Now that was a ture reality show!

We had that, but they had to get back to London. No money, from anywher in the world the programme makers chose. First couple back got the prize.

Now THAT was a good reality show.
In our version, they stuck them in Mongolia. Right in the middle of the barren steppes.
Pity that it was cancelled.

Can't stop 'evolution.' hahahahahaha
Why can't people watch The Shield and be happy? What does reality programming give you that shows like these can't?
New season of The Shield doesn't come out until January though. :(
