Bush's Ratings fall to all time low.

Seems more and more people are seeing Bush for the incompetent boob he really is.
With ratings like these, its not just the Liberals whining, its even people that used to support him.
Its almost ironic, that we cant simply fire him, even though he has the most important job in America.
My job is far, far less important, and If I had these kind of numbers, I'd be standing on the unemployment line.

Yes, you do.

However, if youre not going to contribute anything useful to this thread, why dont you go do it somewhere else where no one will care?

What is that rumbling noise? 'tis the sound of a hundred and fifty million pairs of eyes opening for the first time.

But there it will be off-topic. Here, my opinion about this thread is sort of connected with what the thread is about. Like, for instance, several of these threads are, and especially a thread that was just below this one when I saw it. Perhaps you can look at what threads are on the front page the next time, or, heaven forbid, use the search function? Revolutionary idea, I know.

Now youre being an ass.

If that's the price I pay for pointing out the superfluousness of a thread dealing with a subject there already is a front page thread about, well, then that's the price I pay. In my eyes, it's not much of a price at all, actually, this sentiment of yours.

No, see, youre being an ass, becuase you were politely asked to leave a thread, in wich, you had no intention of contributing anything positive, and keep returning to continue your douchebaggery.

Slow day?

And, as if I owe you any kind of explanation, there most certainly was not another thread located on the front page.

Upon searching, I did happen to find one farther down, posted by Gymoor.

So, why dont you find a bridge to hide under?

There's a simple way to get rid of me: stop calling me childish names. Imagine that!

Slow day?

Not particularly, no.

And, as if I owe you any kind of explanation, there most certainly was not another thread located on the front page.

Front page thread about Bush and his ratings. (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=449404) I guess you didn't look closely enough.

Wow. You did what you should have done in the first place. Do you expect praise for it?

So, why dont you find a bridge to hide under?

"Don't wanna see yo' mama there." See? Childish comments like those aren't very much of an accomplishment at all.

Gentlemen, please. If there is to be sniping in NationStates General it should be of Aaron Sorkin quality, not this soap-opera bitchiness.

Meanwhile, the President appears to be in some kind of trouble; doing the right thing may be well and good when one is doing the right thing, but he seems to be failing to convince his constituents of that. And unfortunately, democracy demands that if the people want the wrong thing doing then their will be done.

The Administration, I'm sure, thinks it's doing the right thing, but it seems as if fewer and fewer of its people are agreeing with it. There is plenty of time yet, but one wonders about the future of a man one BBC Radio 4 commentator described as "[like a prince,] the idiot son of a former ruler."

So what? Would you rather have political leaders that governed to make the popularity polls better? That's right, most of you would like the Clintons back and they did exactly that.

The only poll on GWB that mattered was taken in November, 2004.

If "popularity polls", do I mean, "would I like to see our nations leader, actually govern by the will of the people", then I suppose the answer is YES.

If you mean, would I like to see the President, actually do what his constituents elected him to do, then the answer is another yes.

When Lincoln said "By the people, for the people, of the people, what else could he have meant, than a government and its leaders that take the will of its citizenry into consideration when making policy.

I dont see Bush as "iconoclastic" becuase he seems to not follow the will of anything but Big Business, Haliburton, and Jesus.

I see it as douchebaggery.

Fass - chill. I'm getting tired of seeing you taking people to task over minor shit. It's getting old, fast. Backwoods - whaddaya think the implications of the recent polls will be on the midterm elections? Do yo see popular American opinion beginning to match international opinion re: the smirking chimp admin?
