It sounds like either the Rivendell or Lothlorien songs. I'm leaning more towards Rivendell though.

it could be track 8: Twilight and Shadow on the LOTR: ROTK soundtrack
or 8: Evenstar by Isabel Bayrakdarian on the LOTR: TT soundrack
or maybe 13: The Bridge of Khazad Dum by Howard Shore on the FOTR soundrack (at the end)
but it sounds like the music they play when gandalf falls (when the fellowship make it outside moria before lorien)
its late here & i'm having to play things quite quietly, so i can't quite tell...
