Media Article: Role Play and MSN Chat.

I'm currently writing an article on the old MSN Chat (prior to the switchover to subscription based service) and the associated MSN Groups. It particularly concerns all those who ever took part in role playing rooms - fantasy, sci-fi predominantly - though I'd be obliged if people could inform me of role play rooms utilizing other ideas.

I need volunteers to answer a few questions and be quoted (using their nation name) in the article in question.

Questions will run along the following lines - what sort of roleplay you took part in, why, whether or not you ever engaged in cybersex, whether or not you fell in love online and did/did not meet your objet d'affection. It will also cover ground such as why you think other people engage in roleplay online (including our very own NS brand) and whether or not it is harmful or helpful to developing minds.

The benefits for those who respond sensibly are simple: you get noticed by the gameplayers of NS since the article will be posted at numerous regions, on several region-owned blogs and at several alliance forums. If that's not enough, just remember you're helping out a fellow NS'er (and roleplayer for that matter).

Any requests to be interviews, send me an email at dirty_commie@hotmail.com (please clearly identify your own nation and give me an address and time that I can contact you on MSN / AIM / IRC) or telegram EuroSoviets.

I'm writing this over the course of a few weeks so if this stays in a readable position on the forums (unlikely) do respond on the offchance that I can include you.

Regards,
Dave (EuroSoviets, Founder, Allied States of EuroIslanders and Commander of the Red Liberty Alliance Armed Forces).
