As any marxist or logical individual can tell you, the dominance of communism will come after the downfall of capitalism. THe DOWNFALL OF CAPITALISM? i hear you yell! Why how is such a thing possible of a the worlds only perfect ideology!?!?
Well, in theory, so we are told by adma smithians, thatcherites, blairites, busswhackers, rumsfeldians and other retards and/or biased individuals, capitialism allows everyone the opportunity to make money and /or get rich.
Theres a problem with that. It's impossible for EVERYONE to be rich. For there to be a rich person its necessary for there to be at least 1 or 2 poor people.
Under capitialism, the laws of supply and demand etc.. the people who do the most unpleasant jobs in the world receieve the lowest pay and in many cases, barely enough to survive. Capitalism is surviving at the moment because of the muli-nation system i.e american and european firms exploiting poverty in other usually corrupt countries, and the rich countries, particularly the USA ensuring these countries stay corrupt so as not to elect a socialist who will feed and educate its people (The contra-sandinista situation being a prime example, and the america's desperation to remove Hugo Chavez from venezuela but that damned commie Jimmy Carter got in the way again!) . Subsisdies for farmers and industries losing labour to cheaper countries is also common in the west, but obviously only protects the already rich nation and further impoverishes those foreigners we don't really care about. People in europe are only just starting to realise that their taxes go towards supporting the sugar industry and that they could save the tax and the shelf cost of buying sugar by buying it in africa. Eventually the ignorant skinflints in the west are bound to cototn on to this and numerous other government supported unfair trade fiascos.
For capitalists to claim that capitalism works, it needs to work in every country on the planet. At the moment capitialist tend to support the suppression of foreign economies, as of course, capitalism is to them a competition, a game. While in some countries it can be claimed that everyone has an opportunity to be successful (but still those who inherit success are most powerful but not most deserving, anyone want James Murdoch or Paris Hilton to be CEO of your company?), the same canot be said of the vast majority of the world. China for example uses selective capitalism to suit itself and they are still run by the communist party!
If the hypothetical situation arose whereby everyone had the same opportunitys to be rich, there will always be underpaid people and those people will be the majority because someone will have to sweep the floors, clean the toilets, wipe the CEO's arse etc. Those people, along with the unemployed, will in a typical western capitalist state, form unions and eventually conceive socialist idea's which they will then take to the political arena and either vote out the rich minority or rebel. At the moment its socialist policies which are keeping capitialst states afloat. Take away welfare and minimum wages from the USA or Britain and people will eventually get off their apathetic backsides and riot.
So when africa is thriving, south americas business is booming and theres not a poor slave left in asia we are going to need some other means of doing menial jobs because, as the UK system has proved, only cheap immigrants and retards will pick flowers, make garlic bread or work as a security guard.
If robots aren't going to do these things for us then who will?

Erm, surely robotic mass production would hail the end of capitalism? With the advent of a nigh-infinite amount of production, who would need to sell it? it'd only cost them more to build a warehouse to place it in, and maintain...

Well instead of the people rebelling we'll be stuck with an I, Robot type situation.
