hmmm, I post a topic about an people developing open source software that was inspired by NationStates that will allow anyone to run their own NS-like gaming site and, the moderators delete the topic under the guise that it was "advertising." Afraid of competition? or just weird...
I'm just sayin' mm'kay.

We don't like advertisement here. It has nothing to do with "competition." It is viewed as a nuisance and a disturbance to the general flow of the board. And wouldn't you agree that a new nation on its first post would create a topic to "tell us" about this... whatever it was you were advertising here.

Look, its a site rule and I'm supposed to enforce it. If you don't like it, take it up with an admin. If you keep making an issue of it here, as opposed to taking your 'greivance' where it belongs, your account will cease to exist shortly. If you'd like to be contacted by the admins and be told more or less the same damn thing, then be my guest.
