I spotted two nations that are obviously the same person both applying at the UN, where on EARTH do I contact the Mods about it?

And maybe people can check in and make sure I'm not dreaming or seeing things.

Actually, you are not supposed to report in-game offences in the Moderation Forum, it is reserved for Forum offences only.

The correct place to file your report is the Getting Help page, accessible through a link on the FAQ, a link to which you will find on the sidebar. Remember to log into your nation before you file it, so the Mods know who is submitting it.
