I believe the estemed Phylum Chordata was attempting to say (in romanji) baka desu yo, or idiotic (depending how you wanted to translate it). I was mearly pointing out that the romanji used is... uh, not to any standard of romanization of Japanese I am currently aware of. :D
Edit: Y'know, after listening to it, while it's funny, that's NOT Japanese. The accents and sounds are not right.
