Welcome to the future. Stuff is getting cheaper and cheaper. It also lasts longer and uses less power too. The marginal cost of that computer screen might well be $11 and a company that wants to capture market share could sell it for $11 and regard that as a good strategy.
Then again, it could be a typo.
