That was stupid.
It has nothing to do with them being black. It has to do with them being poor. They don’t pay property tax and they pay little sales tax, so guess what? One of the most corrupt state governments in the country isn’t going to care about them.

WRONG! Me and the ole Lickers here have been maintaining the children of slaves in permanent stasis since the Civil War.
Now is the time to unleash them on the world, and then record the whole thing and sell it as a zany off the wall comedy about time travelling or something.
Actually, the details on what happens now are sort of sketchy, in the sense that this part of the EVIL PLAN (tm) was my responsiblity, and I spent the past century or two doodling and watching Monty Python reruns instead of actually coming up with a plan. Still, it will all work out for the better, or maybe it won't.

I'm getting sick of everyone shouting "racism" whenever someone remarks on general trends that involve black people.
I know that the phrase "they are so black" sounds stupid in retrospect, but it was probably just a slip of the tongue.

SMART people (ENLIGHTENED PROGRESSIVES) know that if you think people from around the world look or behave any differently because of something called "race" or "ethnicity" is the same thing as saying YOU HATE ALL "BLACK" PEOPLE (WHOEVER THEY ARE?). And that is terrible and means you are in the KKK.
