i am so waaay not in the mood for anything serious tonight....so, which character, from a well known tv show or movie, would you say you are? or, also, who would you say other posters, here in our beloved General, are? ;)
ok thats really poorly worded but meh you get what i'm saying
myself, i'm finding it hard... i can come up with mixes of a bunch of characters easy, but nailing it down to one is not. i'm probably most like Garth from Wayne's World :D
or maybe Silent Bob, but i talk far too much :P

Red Foxx.
Ken from A Better Tommorrow II, we both hold rice in reverance. :D
Most psychologists say that a normally functioning human being does (and should) only find pieces of their personality in television, film and literature characters. Never one who is exactly like them.

That is really impossible to answer as no one can ever really be like "you", and then there are issues like personal self-image verses community image verses reality.
All in all I would say that my character contains elements of Shinobu Maehara, Keitaro Urashima (Love Hina), Gendou/Shinji Ikari (N.G.E.) and Makoto Isshiki (RahXephon).

Well that's the thing with Silent Bob, the implication that when no one is around he talks Jay's ear off.
I had some dude who was convinced that I was Silent Bob. I kept telling him that I clearly wasn't. It was the day that Dogma opened and I was at a community college in Hayward California-something I tried to point out wouldn't make much sense. Nothin' doin'. He's still convinced he met Silent Bob.
Since I am a filmmaker and don't talk around people I don't know that well I'll go with Silent Bob, though I actually try to avoid the comparison.
For a while I had the early John Cusack thing going-into a chick I couldn't have while ignoring a better chick kinda thing-even drove the same car as him in Say Anything...except mine was yellow. I had odd jobs and quirky friends, the whole bit-even had a beat up cool car that I never fixed (here's where we diverge, I never fixed my cool car and no chick liked it at all)

A bizarre mix of Meatwad and Bender. However, I am seriously contemplating (and many friends agree I should) sueing Fox for stealing my personality and placing it into that of Dr. Gregory House.
Everyone who knows me watches that show and are amazed at how similar our personalities. I'm wondering if I know someone who writes for that show ... hrmmmmmmm .....

I have been told that I remind people of Laren Graham's character on Gilmore Girls.
I did used to know a guy who was way more obsessed with Friends than you would believe, and he used to classify everyone by what character on that show that they were like and he said I was a Monica. pretty scarey, I think that it has something to do with my perfectionism. My husband swears that I am more of a Rachel though. (which is a little better, I guess)

Mix of Stewie and Brian from family guy, Red from that 70's show, Bond (not quite as smooth but otherwise..), Mal captain of Serenity from the movie or Firefly the series and Kira from Gundam Seed! Hows that for twisted!
Cinical like Brian, occassionally hostile like Stewie, consider most of humanity to be dumbasses like Red, Bond self-explanitory, Protect my own like Mal and trying to find my path between two warring halves to my personality and society. (no I am not split-personality like that)
