In order for there to be strong central government, there must be monarch. The government restricts freedom, so all kingdoms will be abolished. Maximum freedom and maximum order all in a neat little package.

so if government = kingdom, and monarch = king/queen of kingdom... and there is no kingdom... then what exactly is the monarch head of? how does he/she instill this 'maximum order'?

anarchy can only work with small, local government in my eyes (vote UDCP ;))

unless this is a joke in which case its too late in the day for me to get it...
