This is Rosh Hashana, right? In that case, my Jewish friends have taught me this:
First I think: L'shana tova tikatevu.
Then: Yistaleku soneinu.
And this is probably wrong: Y'hee ratzon mee-l'fanekha, Adonai Elohaynu v'elohey avoteynu sh'tichadeish aleinu shanah tovah um'tuqah.
According to my notes, that last is supposed to mean "May it be Your will, Lord our God and God of our ancestors that you renew for us a good and sweet year."
Sorry for probably butchering your culture.
