Yes, this is supposition. Yes, we simply don't know. Still, the fact that these things are even being discussed is of note.
Oh, and Newt Gingrich has joined the vast Liberal Conspiracy.

What's really funny is the reason Miller finally caved is because Fitzgerald threatened to convene another grand jury, which would have kept her in jail for another year and a half.

I thought it was because Libby gave her a specific release while both their lawyers were present.

It was. Ravenshrike is just jaded.
Still, Judith Miller is now, and always has been, a tool in all senses of the word.

That's the BS reason. He had given her the release over a year ago, but she went to jail on principal saying he had released her under some form of duress.

He didn't need to--he could have changed the charges to criminal contempt and had her put away for the next five or so if he'd really wanted to be a hardass about it.

Libby gave her a general release a long time ago. It's all grand-standing by Judith Miller.

I knew, eventually, we would agree on something--the law of averages and all that. I don't expect to happen again any time soon. :)

We'll know soon enough when the prosecutor files his report. It could be several people indicted, only one or two, or none.
Anyone have a handle on the political leanings of the prosecutor?

Neither do you.
EDIT: Those two sly fellers before me bested me on the retort.
Cheers.
