My best friend is getting thinking about whether or not to get her hair cut. She has asked three guys, two of whom liked long hair. To help her in her decision, I thought it would be a good idea to find out what the people on NationStates thought. Please be specific when giving an answer. Thanks! :D
Description of my friend: 4'11", 20 years old, very dark brown, semi-wavy straight and very thick hair; average build (not super thin, but a bit muscular); brown eyes (sometimes with glasses); oval/round face.
Depends on the face, really.

You don't say how old she is, but I'm guessing rather young. As long as she's not short or fat, long hair would look great on her, since most men think it's very attractive on young, relatively tall, relatively slim women. :)

Well, there's really only two questions really to consider:
1. What does she think will make her look more beautiful?
2. Which hair style will attract the kind of guy she wants?
She already has the one thing that guys really want anyway.;)

You mean they're not?!?

Which being...? The gender?
Personally, I'm not going to venture an opinion, because I don't really care.

Who you callin' "old," you frakkin' neophyte! Grrr! :D
It depends on the facial features and height of a woman.

Ah! You must have added this in your edit.
Prescription: shoulder length, no longer.

extra long. My ladyfriend has the most beautiful long, dark brown hair. It compliments her absolute loveliness.
Depends on the face, the level of attractiveness she's aiming for, and what kind of men she likes. Different men like different hairstyles on different woman.

Complements. [/grammarnaziness]
I've always thought young women look awesome wearing their hair up. Like a chignon, or that cool trick where they twist it up into a pile and then stick a pencil through it and it magically stays up. And then later they can pull out the pencil and shake it out...an instant porn scene.

I have long, super-super blonde, thick, curly hair down to my waist. What should I do with it? Every girl I've ever known with an ounce of "style" has told me to chop it off or dye it a funny colour, but reading this I'm not sure I should...

Down to your waist is way too long.
I recommend getting it down to your brest.

1) Chop it? Long hair is both nice & a bitch to take care of, so, your choice.
2) Dye it? No. This is insanity. People dye their hair just to be blonde. Tell them to bugger off...
