I think we should pull all regular forces out of both Iraq and Afghanistan and issue letters of marque to have private contractors do the dirty work. I think the whole letter of marque concept needs to updated and used more frequently. Opinions?

I'm not saying we replace the Army with merc only use then when polictally expedient like Iraq.
