Stairway reversed sounds like a completely new song... but that's to be expected. I downloaded a trial of an editor and reversed it and looked up some reverse lyrics to follow.

At first, I merely hated it. Then I absolutely despised it. Then I wanted to kill the people responsible for it. Now I know death is too good for them.

Oh my gosh, you old hippy. Tune.

He played it the other night at the Dylan tribute concert he performed at, apparently. The Guardian were slightly baffled why he did, but said it was a good song nonetheless.

He's a big Dylan fan, he's probably entitled to play whatever he wants.
It is a wonderful song. Best thing he ever did, imo, and that's beating out some fiece competition. About as close to perfect as you can get, really.

Well, yeah, but i've also heard him live mocking Dylan. Affectionately, admittedly.

Mmmm. It's probably his best, yeah, agreed (although i hold a perverse love for the "Descendants of Smith" album). I've been re-immersing myself in his music over the past year after my brother did me a data dvd with every one of his albums and every single Leonard Cohen album one. There were happy noises in the DeadLive household that night, let me tell ya.

My fave song is 'Backup' by a band from Melbourne, Australia called TZU.

It's a song all about growing up in the 1980's.

Seriously, if you like funk/blues/breaks/hip-hop then you should do yourself a favour and check out the band TZU. They are totally unique.

Reply to me here if you are interested and I will try and hook you up.
