Its a christian site warning against the dangers of music.
I think this is either the biggest, well thought out joke site ever or dumbest thing ever.
Notice the comical lack of irony in the NineInchNails video.
Thank God they warned me about the Rock & Roll Sorcerers of the New Age Revolution...now I listen to these bands all of the time rather than just when I'm in the car. These people just make me do the stuff they're opposed to out of spite.

That's one of the most frightning things I have ever seen.
What the hell is going on with these religious weirdo's?
I hope this is a joke :D

I think this is a joke site. I haven't found any evidence, but not even Phelps is this rabid on a single subject. It reminds me of "operation infinite purity"

Doh, they're going to expose Alanis Morissette. Good, I always knew she was straight from hell.
And didn't Creed come out of the closet as all Christiany and stuff?

could be a joke. I doubt it though. It's all in keeping with trying to keep a pure mind. Some people are so easily swayed that they have to watch even what music they listen to, and some people go too far to try to protect those people.
There is a lot of music that I used to listen to, that I just don't anymore, not because I think it will cause satan to posess me or anything, just because now that I have God in my life the music I used to listen to kinda disgusts me.

I doubt it is a joke. There are some religious groups, both Christian and Muslim, which believe all music is evil and wrong and no one should listen to any music. Oh well it takes all kinds to make up the world.

I like vile music, to be honest… I even make it. If I wanted to commit a "copycat crime", I'd have to commit genocide, and although that makes for good song material, I don't think I'm going to be corrupted that far.
Seriously though, some of the bands they listed…
I guess there really are no worse problems in the world than music.

Like I said sometimes people go to far. Besides I don't really think that people are going to commit 'copycat' crimes because they listen to music. The "Snoop Dog made me do it" defense isn't going very far with me.
I don't listen because it opens the door for impure thoughts. I don't want to deny others the right to listen though. I just choose not to. I don't see what the real problem is, some people just don't like some types of music, I don't see the reason why I don't like it really mattering.
I think though that parents have got to be aware of what thier kids are listening to. My husband was a youth minister and we had kids (12-18) whose parents wouldn't let them go to PG-13 movies but bought them ICP cd's, now I used to listen to ICP, I used to think they were hilarious. I don't think though if these parents knew anything about ICP though, that they would have any of thier CD's within 10 miles of thier house, much less in thier kids cd players. but that is a whole other discussion.....

People who run sites like those make me ashamed to be a Christian.
The chapel the sight owner is from does have a legit address (http://www.mapquest.com/maps/map.adp?searchtype=address&country=US&addtohistory=&searchtab=home&address=23+West+Easy+Street%2C+%23204&city=Simi+Valley&state=ca&zipcode=)
But whatever... some people are plain nuts. They're way off anyway, the Real satanism is in Japanese anime. DUH

I thought the funiest thing was how they are praying for the souls of Creed, because they are going to Hell, not because they are bad people, but because they aren't all Christains. I don't try to hate on people, but how narrow is your belief and how arrogant can you be to believe that only your specific faith is right. I'm a Christain and I find that offensive. I'm all about the different paths, same destination idea.
I probably made them mad when I wrote in their guest log about how I belief the Bible is fallable. Of course I said that in a larger message and as politely and as civil as I possible could. I even said they were good, but misguided people. I'm probably going to get an e-mail back about how their going to pray for my soul and that I need to give my heart and soul to their version of Jesus Christ.

Okay, I just say that they included U2 in the "they sold their souls to Rock and Roll." That is so ridicalous it's funny. U2, is a satanistic band? yeah, right.

Yes, that's where tentacle demons come from. Fgthagngns Cthulhu!
In my country, the Orthodox Church used to pass out pamphlets warning agains Satanic influences in pop music (along with the ones claiming John-Paul II was the Antichrist - something to do with numbers, can't really remember what). There were the "obvious", from Led Zeppelin to Queen or whatever these people considered the rock music for the younger audience (in 1995, it was). But then, there was ABBA.

if you don't mind, what denomination are you?
why do you say you are a Christian?
and if there are many paths how exactly do you account for

ALICE IN CHAINS
new search
Alice in Chains mocks the Lord Jesus Christ in one of their most popular songs when they sing, "Jesus Christ—deny your maker." First of all, it should be pointed out that Jesus Christ had no maker, for He is the maker of all things (John 1:1-3, Hebrews 1:8-12), "the same yesterday, today and forever" (Hebrews 13:8) and is without beginning of days (Hebrews 7:3). Alice in Chains demonstrates that they are laboring under the spirit of antichrist, which is the author of confusion and blasphemy. Their lyrics are laced with obscenities, blasphemies and perversion. They offer no hope and sing despairing lyrics, which perceive life as a dead-end street. They are also reported to "maintain an unhealthy obsession with drugs.".
I knew I liked this band for a reason . :D I love this site !

It's probably because these people lack any sense of what a metaphor is. They probably think that MacPhisto was Satan. They're wrong. MacPhisto was way cooler.
I think we should get GWAR to personally sodomise everyone working on this website.
