I love fish and shellfish. My favorite fish is good quality tuna.
as for shellfish, crustaceans, I love them all.

I like halibut but it is difficult to get it here (at least fresh)
Mahi-mahi is easier to find here and is pretty good but not as good as halibut.:(

In our national tradition we eat raw herring. but any type of fish will do.
tuna cod bass etc etc etc
I also like all kinds of shellfish.
I wonder does anyone eat snails? escargot?

I love Salmon sushi the best.
Shellfish is wonderful. Basa, Grouper, Flounder, yum.
Tuna is best as sushi. But i'm avoiding tuna because of the high mercury concentrations.
Oh, and if i am going to GO FISHIN', then it's rainbow or cutthroat trout. :D

A nice fatty tuna is good, as well as angler liver and yellowtail neck. Good with a beer or vodka/sochu.

English Fish and chips all the way!!!!! When I travel overseas I think that's the thing I'm gonna miss most about my home country (New Zealand)... Fish and chips has kinda been adopted by us so I'm completely addicted.... As long as it's good Fish n' Chips...
