A Frenchman who claimed his horoscope slandered him and painted him as a skirt chaser tried to sue the newspaper. His lawsuit was dismissed as a waste of the court's time.

The bailiff should have then been instructed to roll said horoscope up and thrust it into the plaintiff's dirty place, then light the exposed end on fire.
